- The individual club/organisation (“Club”), or
- For Future’s Sake Pty Ltd (ABN: 52 665 521 504) trading as Clubland Australia (“Clubland Australia”)
The seller for each product will be clearly identified on the product page and/or during checkout.
By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable additional terms specific to the selling entity.
2. Product Information and Availability

We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify product specifications without prior notice.
2.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is completed.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or customised products
- Items marked as final sale
- Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-related products
- Digital products or tickets (subject to separate terms)
5.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Tickets are sold subject to event-specific terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of purchase.
6.2 Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and time. Entry may be refused for invalid, damaged, or fraudulent tickets.
6.3 Event Changes
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly modified, refund or exchange options will be provided as per the event organiser’s policy.
6.4 No Resale
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or at prices above face value, except through authorised resale platforms.

All content on this Website, including logos, trade marks, images, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of the respective clubs, Clubland Australia, or third-party licensors.
