: Ben is a Woonona local, Primary School Teacher and this year's 2nd grade player/coach. Ben started at Woonona Shamrocks when he was 9 years old has played various levels of representative rugby spending 2 years at Southern Districts Rugby Club where he played Colts alongside some other Shamrock juniors. Ben returned to Shamrocks in 2014 and has enjoyed playing and coaching since then. Ben has made lifelong friends at the Club and he is rightly proud of his contribution to the Club.
