: As Head Coach of the Woonona Shamrocks Rugby Union Club, Paul brings more than 25 years of coaching experience across all levels of rugby, from grassroots junior programs to elite NSW Schools Rugby teams. Holding a Level 2 coaching accreditation, Paul is now in his eighth season leading the senior program at the Shamrocks, fostering a strong team culture built on leadership, commitment, and development. Recognised as Coach of the Year in 2019, Paul is passionate about mentoring players to reach their full potential, both on and off the field. Paul’s coaching philosophy focuses on discipline, skill development, and a steadfast team-first mentality that drives success. Paul is proud to continue building on the Shamrocks' legacy and guiding our players towards excellence in the sport we love.
